AHCFXRelease Agreement

(1) Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the "Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software", "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Computer Network Copyright Disputes (Fa Shi [2004] No. 1)", "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security" The Regulations on the Administration of Internet Electronic Announcement Services, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet News and Information Services, the Administrative Protection Measures for Internet Copyright, the Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Rights, and the Regulations on the Administration of Internet User Account Names and other laws, regulations, and implementation methods related to computer internet regulations and intellectual property rights.

(2) Users are fully responsible for the content they publish, upload, or transmit on their own. All users are not allowed to publish, reprint, or transmit information containing one of the following contents on any page of Aihuicha. Otherwise, Aihuicha has the right to handle it on its own without notifying users: A. Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution; B. Those who endanger national security, leak national secrets, subvert national power, and undermine national unity; C. Harming national honor and interests; D. Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity; E. Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; F. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability; G. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or abetting crimes; H. Insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests; I. Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or gatherings to disrupt social order; J. Activities under the name of illegal civil organizations; K. Contains prohibited content such as laws, regulations, rules, local normative documents, national policies, government notices, public order and good customs; L. Aihuicha believes that the content is not conducive to community ecology and may cause losses to the community.

(3) The user promises to enjoy complete intellectual property rights to all information published or uploaded to Aihuicha (i.e. works that fall under the provisions of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to text, images, music, movies, performances, audio and video recordings, and computer programs), or has obtained legal authorization from relevant rights holders; If the user violates this provision and causes Aihuicha to be claimed by a third party, the user shall fully compensate Aihuicha for all expenses (including but not limited to various compensation fees, litigation agency fees, and other reasonable expenses incurred for this purpose);

(4) When a third party believes that the information published or uploaded by a user to Aihuicha infringes on their rights and sends a notice of rights to Aihuicha in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Information Network Communication" or relevant legal provisions, the user agrees that Aihuicha can make its own judgment and decide to delete the suspected infringing information. Unless the user submits written evidence to exclude the possibility of infringement, Aihuicha will not automatically restore the deleted information; A. Do not use network service systems for any illegal purposes; B. Comply with all network protocols, regulations, and procedures related to network services; C. Do not use the Aihuicha service to engage in any behavior that may have an adverse impact on the normal operation of the Internet; D. Do not use the Aihuicha service to engage in any behavior that is detrimental to Aihuicha.

(5) If a user violates any of the above regulations when using online services, Aihuicha has the right to demand that the user make corrections or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to deleting the content posted by the user, suspending or terminating the user's use of online services) to mitigate the impact caused by the user's improper behavior.
